Qualification Criteria

• Net deposits of at least $25,000 in September. 
• Trade a minimum of 100 lots. 
• Maintain at least 5 active clients. 
• Be an active IB in August 2025 or any prior month of 2025. 
• Register no later than September 10, 2025. 
• Note: Trades held under 3 minutes will not be counted.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Organizer 

The Better Yourself – September to Remember promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by CXM Direct LLC(“CXM”), a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 444 LLC 2020, with registered office at The Financial Services Centre, Stoney Ground, Kingstown, VC0100. 

2. Eligibility 

• Participation is open exclusively to Introducing Brokers (“IBs”) who maintain an active agreement with CXM. 
• The IB must have been active in August 2025 or any prior month of 2025. 
• Registration for the promotion must be completed no later than September 10, 2025. 
• Internal transfers, wash trades, or any artificial activity designed to inflate deposits or volume are strictly prohibited. 

3. Mechanics 

• CXM will determine the participant’s best calendar month between January 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025, based on combined Net Deposits and Trade Volume.
• If, during September 2025, the IB matches or exceeds both KPIs, an additional 20% rebate will be paid.
• If only one KPI is matched or exceeded, the IB will receive an additional 10% rebate.
• To be eligible, the following minimum thresholds must be met in September 2025:
  • • Net Deposits of at least USD $25,000
  • • Trade Volume of at least 100 lots
  • • Minimum of 5 active clients
• Trades with a holding time shorter than three (3) minutes will not be considered.

4. Rebates 

• Rebates will be calculated after the close of the Promotion and credited to the IB’s CXM Wallet. 
• Rebates are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for any alternative benefit. 
• The rebate is calculated in addition to the IB’s standard rebate agreement. 

5. Restrictions 

• Only Standard Accounts trading Forex, Metals, and Cryptocurrencies are eligible. 
• PAMM accounts, Copy Trading follower accounts, and other account types are excluded. 
• This Promotion may not be combined with any other concurrent CXM rebate programs or promotional campaigns. 
• MIB or Direct IB: Only the business from direct IB tree is counted towards the promotion
• Self-Rebate: Self-rebate is allowed, however it should not be more than 50% of the IB's total rebate for the month and only if a minimum of 5 active clients were trading during the same month
• Markups: IBs with markups who qualify for the Best Yourself promotion will get increased rebate only on non-markup portion of their rebates

6. CXM Rights 

CXM reserves the right to: 

• Verify all transactions and accounts related to the IB to ensure compliance. 
• Disqualify any IB found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, market abuse, or manipulative behavior, without prior notice or explanation. 
• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if required for operational, regulatory, or risk management reasons. 

7. Regional Restrictions 

CXM Direct LLC does not provide services to residents of: Afghanistan, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, and Yemen. 

8. Risk Warning 

Trading Forex and CFDs involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can magnify both profits and losses. 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
