Another highlight of Money Expo Chile was the Fireside Chat “Strategic Advantage: How Social Media Is Rewriting the Rules of Trading”.
Jorge Cuevas, Marketing Director for CXM Latin America, emphasized that brokers must go beyond transactional communication and focus on building long-term relationships.
He stressed that true value lies in helping audiences reach their financial goals through education and trust.
