Partner’s Eligibility Requirements

• A partner should achieve the minimum net deposit and trade volume requirements during the promotion period.
• Partner needs to be registered on the promotion’s landing page.
• Each eligible participant can only acquire the Gift ONCE.

Eligible Account Types: Standard, CENT, ECN

Net Deposit Calculation: Internal Deposits, except IB Commission transfers will not be counted towards deposits.

Trade Volume Calculation by Account Type: Trade volume requirements on CENT accounts will need to be 100X of the Standard and ECN/Zero accounts have their special lot requirements as well

Eligible Instruments: All instruments are supported

Master IBs and Sub-IBs: Both Master IBs and Sub-IB can apply, but only their direct clients’ data can be counted towards the gift eligibility goals. Sub-IB’s clients’ net deposits and trade volume will not be counted into Master IB even subIB do not apply.

• Only ONE account per client is allowed to participate. Clients who register multiple accounts at the same time will be disqualified.
• Participants can also opt-in to receive withdrawable funds to the MT4/MT5 instead of the actual prize, in which case a 70% cash discount value will be applied to the prize.
• Any abuse or misuse of this promotion will result in the IB partner’s disqualification and/or refusal to issue any bonuses at any time.

• To redeem your prize, please initiate the process by emailing [email protected] within 14 days after the promotion period to request eligible gifts. In your email, kindly provide the following details: FULL NAME, COUNTRY, ACCOUNT TYPE, MT4/MT5 ACCOUNT NUMBER, CONTACT NUMBER, REGISTRATION DATE, & SELECTED GIFT.
• Cash prizes are processed by the 20th, and other gifts by the 30th of the month following the promo period. Late claimants won’t be entertained.
• Only valid closed trades within the promotion period will be considered toward the bonus calculation.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offers or promotions.
• Valid trades are considered trades: (i) held for a minimum of 3 minutes, (ii) which do not result in the trading account incurring a negative balance, (iii) not deemed as toxic or arbitrage.
• This offer is calculated per Partner (based on one client ID), and not per MT4/MT5 trading account.
• By registering, opening a live account, and or accepting the terms and conditions within the applicable landing pages and/or client member’s area, the clients are acknowledging that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this promotion.
• If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a client abused or attempted to abuse the terms of this promotion or any other offers of the Company, or has acted in bad faith, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold, withdraw, or terminate the promotion and, if necessary:
• to withhold, cancel and charge any costs it deems, from any account(s) related to the client,
• to terminate that client's access to services provided by the Company and/or terminate the contract between the Company and the client for the provision of services,
• to block that client's account(s) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance, less any profits which the Company deems to have been gained via Abusive Behavior, to the client.
• Abusive Behavior includes but is not limited to:
• Where a client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/ Affiliate/ Money Manager) established a trading position or positions which have the purpose or effect of extracting the profits generated by the promotion, without exposure to economic risk, including without limitation loss of the offer or the client’s capital (or the capital of others).
• Where the client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/ Affiliate/ Money Manager) hedges his positions, including without limitation, holding open position(s) on one direction, including by way of illustration only, single or correlated currencies, at given periods, internally (using other trading accounts held with the Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers).
• It is important that eligible clients are aware that their risks are not limited to their deposit(s) and that by making a qualifying trade it is possible to lose more than the deposit. In some circumstances, losses may be considerably more than the initial or minimum deposit.
• The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, amend or terminate the promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.
